Ok, we are just hours away here on the west coast of celebrating the turning of a new year. We welcome 2010 with great joy! This year the Body Evolution Program will be actively cataloging the progress of a few select clients. We will be showing you pictures, weight loss progress and personal stories and blogs of the participants experience. We will be featuring women and men of different ages and different goals. Sharing food struggles, recipe ideas, workouts and milestones. Each person will be participating in The Body Evolution Program at Get Fit Training and supplementing with their own unique personal goals such as preparing for running a 1/2 marathon and adjusting to a new baby.
